At The Austerity Closet, all items are pre-owned and vintage. We take great care to accurately represent the condition of each item through detailed photographs and descriptions.

All Sales Are Final Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our pre-owned and vintage pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is confirmed to be counterfeit.

Authenticity Guarantee Every item sold at The Austerity Closet comes with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. If an item is found to be inauthentic, you are entitled to a full refund. To initiate an authenticity claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition All items are sold in pre-owned condition. Minor wear consistent with age and previous use may be visible and is as shown in the product images. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.
